I started my love for the mortgage industry back in 2006. I had been in banking for several years and was looking for a new career. A career that was still in the financial industry, but was not focused on the day to day aspects of banking. Mortgage was my calling; this fast paced, deadline driven, crazy fun way to help people achieve their dreams was the challenge I needed in my life. 12 years later my passion for this line of work still excites me.

My ultimate goal is to treat each transaction like it is one of our family members and to navigate through with the passion, excitement, and determination that no one else can provide.

I started working in the financial world in 2003 and I loved the chance to meet new people, make money, and help people with meeting their financial goals. I have worked in customer service in many different careers and the way to be successful is the same; honesty and hard work.

I am fairly new to the mortgage sector, but not to housing.  Having worked in the house remodeling market for 8 years I am fully aware of the swings throughout the year as well as challenges people run in to that might hold up a project.  I decided to make the jump to the mortgage side to help clients secure the funding they deserve for their projects instead of always being limited by the financial work someone else did.

I will help you through the process and answer any question you may have.  A common feeling I have come across in customer service is there are dumb questions, there are not. You are coming to us because you do not know the process and want a friendly and thorough explanation before you invest your hard earned money, I understand and respect that.

I am new to the mortgage business but have been previously in customer service. Where I learned that communication is the key to everything. I am in my last year at University of Nevada, Reno where I am getting my degree in business management.
